I like it. Both are old-fashioned and uncommon names, though Henry seems to be making a come-back. Maybe Pearl will too.

Lovely. First of all, I love both names! They are adorable, have a "background" or history, and are underused. Henry and Pearl as a sibling set have an old world charm and sweetness without being old fashioned. Very good idea!
