Annie

It does work as a name, but I don't really like it. Maybe cute for a kitten, Just my opinion!
I don't think that Annie is childish or immature, which is odd b/c I usually think that nn's can be a bit cutesy (my own included!)... However, I would encourage you to name her Anne or one of the suggested variatants based on my own experience. I go by Betsy at home, with friends, and even with co-workers once I get to know them, but I like to have the option of going by Elizabeth professionally (which I do). Hope this helps!

I rather like Annie as a nickname for Anne, Anna, Anneka, Annabelle, Anabella, Annelise, Anya, Anastasia or even Constance!
It's a very cute nn but is rather childish and the bearer might like the opportunity to use another name if she chooses. It does deffinatley go with Sarah & Patrick, as do the varriants! :)

I think Annie is beautiful for a first name.
I persoanlly find it old and repulsive.

Annie is sweet for a toddler, but not mature enough for a grown up person. Anne or Anna are just as nice, and you can still use Annie as a nn if you want to.
All the three (Annie, Anne and Anna) go very well with Sarah and Patrick.
And all the roads that lead you there were winding
And all the lights that light the way are blinding
There are many things that I would like to say to you
But I don't know how
