Leilani or Oceane
What do you think of these girl names?

I like Oceane better (but prefer it without the extra e), but Leilani's ok too... Could always rock, paper, scissors it (in Jpn., you'd be surprised how many decisions are made that way... I'm almost surprised laws aren't decided that way)... or could wait 'til a baby's born and decide which suits her.
I think Oceane is very pretty, but would not be an easy name to have in the US. Everyone would mispronounce it.
Sorry, I know that you love Leilani, I've seen you posting it on the polls, but I really, really don't like it. Sorry! I don't know why. The spelling is fine, but.... it seems like it's trying too hard to be exotic but ends up sounding like a surf shop. I think it's the "AH-nee" part that ruins it.
Sorry I was so rough on Leilani, but a lot of people don't like my favorites either.

Is this a better name for the mer-goddess? Her parents are Serena and Marino.
What do you think of Serena? Is it a beautiful name?
Well if it's a mer-goddess, they both fit pretty well. And yes, I love Serena, but I'm biased. My cousin is Serena.
