When I read the name Gwyneth on the message boards I automatically think of Paltrow, but when I met someone at school named Gwyneth last semester,I didn't at all think of Gwyneth Paltrow.

When it comes to real life situations and not hypothetical/wdyt situations, I don't associate it with the actress. It's a great name, so I say go for it!
