I love it. I tend to accociate it with the character Sabrina Fairchild as played by Audrey Hepburn.
Although aware of the show, I never watched it much so no, Sabrina doesn't make me think of TV witches. I imagine quite a few people would fit into my category. I do like Sabrina very much. In fact, my favorite combo is Sabrina Charlotte. I also like Sabrina Catherine, Sabrina Caroline, Sabrina Juliet, Sabrina Christiane, Sabrina Margaret, Sabrina Marielle, Sabrina Madeleine and Sabrina Rosalind. It's the kind of name that goes with just about anything.
I think Sabrina is a great name. I tend to think of the Audrey Hepburn movie of the same name, rather than the teenage witch. I don't think a baby born now, would constantly be associated with the teenage witch either, since the show is no longer on. As for combos I like:
Sabrina Audrey (I'm an Audrey Hepburn fan, what can I say!?)
Sabrina Daisy
Sabrina Emily
Sabrina Amelie
Sabrina Tess
Sabrina Ivy
Sabrina Phoebe
Sabrina Hazel
Sabrina Lily
Sabrina Lucy
Sabrina Kate / Katherine
Sabrina Jane
Sabrina Faye
Sabrina Alice
Sabrina Charlotte
Sabrina Chloe
Sabrina Belle
Sabrina Violet
Sabrina Maeve
Sabrina Molly
Sabrina Millie
Sabrina Maisie
Sabrina Meg / Megan
Sabrina Maggie
Sabrina Miriam
Sabrina Mary
Sabrina Heidi
Sabrina Evelyn
Sabrina Elizabeth
Sabrina Poppy
Sabrina Lilac
Sabrina Lotus
Sabrina Ariel

I really don't like it at all. It's definitely too tied to the Teenage Witch IMO, and it sounds so childish and sparkly to me.
I absolutely love Sabina, though.

I love it but I'm biased [m]
I think of the witch sometimes, and I was teased for it but I'm older a baby Sabrina I don't think would get the associations so much. However, I would not let that stop you from using it.
I think of the movie and the poem as well.
My middle name is Ann.
I love Sabrina Fair, Sabrina Anne, Sabrina Claire.

I think some people will associate it with the show and she may get a few "witch" jokes, but not too much.
I like Sabrina Claire, Sabrina Maren, Sabrina Catherine, Sabrina Jane
I like Sabrina, but I prefer the similar-sounding Serena

Do you think too many people would associate it with Sabrina the Teenage Witch?
I don't, so I'm assuming others won't. I used to love watching the older episodes, and I occasionally still watch the reruns, but I don't have that big of an association with it
Also, what middle names would go well with it?
Sabrina Claire
Sabrina Christine
Sabrina Lauren
Sabrina Irene
Sabrina Madeline
Sabrina Jocelyn
Sabrina Lucille
And, do you like it?
Yes, I like it. I have a cousin named Sabrina "Brina" and I've always thought it was a very pretty name
