g/g Willow Jane and Isobel Rose - Nice! :)
b/b Phoenix Caden and Jacob Grant - I like the sounds of Phoenix Caden (although Caden Phoenix would flow better), but I don't really like Phoenix as an actual name for a real kid. I liek Jacob and Grant goes well with it.
b/g Phoenix Grant and Willow Jane - Phoenix flows better with Grant than with Caden I think. Phoenix and Willow sound slightly hippy-ish together, but that doens't really bother me.

Willow Jane and Isobel Rose have to be my favorites, but Phoenix Grant is really nice too.
