Are you in a part of England where Connor and Conna would be pronounced the same way? If that's the case, it certainly could be a creative spelling of Connor. In Australia there are a great many people who use Tayla as an alternative spelling for Taylor.

I pronounce Connor and Conna the same - that's why my first impressions were that it could be a creative spelling.Got to say, I prefer "Tayla" to "Taylor". It looks much more feminine, IMO!
