Names I like:
Isla McKenzie
Iris Elizabeth (Annie) * - I like Annie and Iris as a sibset.
Freya Lilly Shirley - Like Freya but it's got too many ys in the whole name
Romilly Ann & Romilly Erica Kitty - interesting that there are two Romillys.
Emilia Georgina (Katie + Ben)
Keara Erin Robyn (Conall + Rowan) - Sounds a bit trendy but I like it
Freyja Elizabeth * - Would prefer Freya
Livya Francesca (Harry) - Would love if it was Livia Francesca

Names I don't like:
Elliner Joy - This spelling of Eleanor / Elinor is terrible.
Madisyn Margaret Andrea - Aaagh, I thought all the Madisyns were in America?!
Chelsea (Haydn) urgh - agree. Chelsea is v dated now.
Pearl (Bobby + David) - dislike Pearl but I can see it coming back into fashion.
Shelby Maya (sibs Harry, Jorja + Kemsley, cousins India + Finn) - I love India and Finn as a sibset, they are two of my favourite names!

2 Romilly's surprised me too but it does have some currency over here. There's a news correspondent called Romilly Weeks, and while she's not a big celebrity, and I don't think parents would be honouring her, I think hearing her name said on the news all the time means it's in the public consciousness, and it takes a bit of the strangeness away.

I don't think Rowan will have too much trouble since it is the way the tree is pronounced, and Rowan on a girl is less common in the first place, so I feel people would be more likely to accept it as being from the tree rather than the same as the male Rowan from the Gaelic name, if that makes sense.
