I go back and forth on this one, because I'd never use it with Isla (Elsa & Isla as sisters--too much, lol), but I might use it instead of Isla, like if my SO doesn't like Isla/doesn't go with the ln, etc. So it's my back up, lol. I also love it because it would honor my grandmother, Elsie. :)
