I'm pretty sure this isn't true

I just did some internet searching and I found one report saying she had two girls, one saying she had a boy and a girl, and one saying she hasn't given birth yet.

Knox fits their naming style just because the other two boys' names end in X and I could see her using Marcheline as a mn for her late mother, but Leon and Vivienne just don't seem to be their style.
