I think Avery is ok for a girl, but I've never known any Averys. To me, it has a feminine sound. You could call her Ava.

I don't like Campbell, Tatum, or Laine. Campbell is especially bad. An unpleasant sounding, masculine surname that is forever linked to canned soup. The other names don't sound feminine.

Your other names would pair well. Madeline is tiresome since there are so many Madison, Madelyn, Madeleines, and they all go by nn Maddy. Ella is also very popular.
