That's funny! My best friends mother (she's practically my second mom) thought for years that my middle name was Rose and that Olivia Rose (combined with my last name) was so glamorous. I think it's quite pretty though. Anyway, I like Olivia Rose but I hate Lily Beth. I just hate the name Lily.Jonathan David.

While Olivia Rose is popular, it is popular for a reason, since it is a very lovely sounding name. I agree with the other comments about Lily and Beth being too much alike since both names are nick names for Elizabeth. It is like naming your kid Elizabeth Elizabeth! What about naming your child Elizabeth instead with a different middle name. You could call her Lily as a nick name. What about Elizabeth Violet - it seems like it could be your style - although I'm hesitant to presume what names fit other's styles. While I don't like themey first names, like naming twins Rose and Violet, I think themey middle names are ok. Olivia Rose and Elizabeth Violet are very pretty IMO. Of course then you could have nick names that are a little too similar - Liv and Lily. Normally I don’t like twins to have similar names, but in this case, since they’re only nick names, I actually kind of like the idea. Because you have the flexibility to be themey, but you are not tied to the theme if it seems silly after a while. And because of Elizabeth’s versatility you could always use another nick name for Elizabeth. I like, Elise, Elsie, and Bess. You could have:
Liv and Elise
Liv and Elsie
Liv and Bess - my personal favoriteOr you could use any of the other countless nick names for Elizabeth, like Beth.

I think they go well together as sisters or twins.Olivia Rose is simply gorgeous...love the combo!Lily Beth seems very nicknamey to me, since both can be used as NNs for Elisabeth. Lily is sweet, although I generally prefer it as a NN for Lillian or Lilia (and right now, I'm liking the spelling Lilly moreso than Lily). Beth just doesn't cut it for me on its own - I don't mind it as a NN, but it seems to plain by itself.

I think they work perfectly together. They both have the same feel, and I'm glad that the flower names aren't both first names or both middle names.Olivia Rose is way too common for me. It's still very pretty though, and very feminine.Lily Beth is sweet, but I prefer Lilibeth. Lily is pretty but way, way too common for me. Beth is darling, ages well, and refreshing to see.

Beth has never been a favorite of mine, but I can say I like those very much! Olivia is a beautiful name. I think Olivia Rose and Lily Elisabeth would work nicely as well.

Decent. But Lily Beth is really nicknamey compared to Olivia Rose.

Yeah. I don't think twins should be named alike, and the two names are different enough. However, Lily Beth seems sort of silly to me-- Lily and Beth can be nicknames for Elizabeth, so it strikes me as a pet name.

Yes for both. I don't think it should matter if they're for twin sisters or not twin sisters. I don't like the idea of naming twins as a set. They'll be compared to each other enough in their life, especially if they're identical, and matchy names aren't going to help.Olivia Rose seems like a very typical popular name right now. I believe Olivia is common, and Rose is a big filler middle name currently, as is Grace. Lily Beth is a cute name though.
