Nancy?
WDYT? Usable?
Btw, I couldn't use this as a nn for Anne or Anna (obviously). I also don't think it is usable as a nn anymore.

I don't like Nancy. It was a popular name with my mother's generation, so all the Nancys I have met have been in their 40's/50's. I don't recommend it for a little girl.
not that it is a bad thing. I think Emma, Lily, Emily, and are all nice old fashioned names that are now popular.
I think it's cute.

Love the name Nancy & it's absolutely usable imo.
:)
:)
Sorry but I find it a bit dated and can't help but think of Nancy Reagan. It would probably sound quite sweet and almost quirky on a little girl but a bit old fashioned for a teenager or a woman.
Nancy was my favorite name when I was about twelve years old, but I outgrew that.
It's one name that is very terminally dated. Well, not terminally, since some day, when everyone now alive is dead, it may well be seen as charmingly old-fashioned, and may even become popular again. But for now, very dated.
It also makes me think of Nancy Reagan, whom I despise.
But is it useable? Yes, very. It's not a name that will give its bearer a problem, or invite ridicule, so it's useable.
