I would pronounce it DYE-nah. DEE-nah to me is spelled Dina or Dena, and is a completely different name. I knew a Dena, pronounced DEE-nah.

Dinah is dy-na and Dina is Dee-na like Dina Carroll, the singer.
Dinah is old-fashioned but I think it gets used occasionally. I know of a teenage Dinah.
Completely off-topic, I have never heard the expression "anywhere here else" and have to say it's confusing!

I think because of the song most people would pronounce Dinah DYE-na.
I'm speaking as a New Zealander, although I certainly can't talk for other people as the name is so out of use.
