Love it...Also love Camelia. Don't care for Camilla though. Camille is sophisticated without trying to hard.

How are you pronouncing it?ca-MEEL, or ca-MEE? I like both, but far prefer the French ca-MEE. I'm very fond of this name.

I love it. It sounds so strong and sophisticated. I think it's great and I think Camille Jade is a nice combo.

I think it's really quite charming. I wouldn't use it, but it sounds very graceful to me.Helps that I had a very nice acquaintance in ballet by the name. And she was a fantastic dancer. :)Array

I think it's lovely. If my uncle had been a girl, he would have been Wendy Camille. My cousin almost named her daughter Mia Camille, but settled on Mia Autumn. I think Camille would have been much better. There is an up-and-coming French singer/songwriter named Camille, but she pronounces it the French way, so it sounds like kuh-MEEY. (The French pronounce the double L sort of like a Y with a bit of L.)I think it's quite beautiful.M.
