Everett I don't think is too 'hillbilly', I love this name by the way. I can see how it may be viewed as such but I personally don't see it as 'hillbilly'. I think Everett is good on it's own but if you need a nickname for it, then maybe Rhett would be a nice choice. Everett Michael

Everett Alexander Ulysses on the other hand I do, even though it's a Greek name. My great grandfather was named Ulysses (he went by "Buzz") and he was from the sticks of West Virginia... so that association comes directly to mind when I think of Ulysses.
