I don't know if it's unusable because of Casino Royale, though. It's still workable. IMO, anyway.

I think it's actually kind of cute. It firstly reminds me of the Vespa scooters, then the A.A. Milne poem 'Vespers' 'Hush! Hush! Whisper who dares! Christopher Robin is saying his prayers.', which is a great association - it sounds innocent and soft and reminds me of the word 'whisper'. I don't think I'd use it myself, but I do like it.

I dislike it for a variety of reasons, but do love the similar Hesper for a girl.

Sounds like a cross between "vest" and "viper". No thanks.

I don't like it. It makes me think of Princess Vespa from Spaceballs and the word vector. Which is also a place in Final Fantasy III.

Cool idea (it makes me think of evening, because of the monastic service of Vespers, which is nice) but the sound is so wispy and vaguely creepy. Near miss.

It seems like such a cunniving name for me (that's the best I can describe it.) Like I can't say it without using a snakey whisper and saying it sharply and quickly. I've never seen Casino Royale, but movies don't tend to affect my naming decisions too much. I think the reason it sounds so sharp to me is because it reminds me of both "viper" and the quick little scooters, Vespas.

Unusable because "Evening Vespers" is a church service.
Kind of like naming someone Mass or Hymn.
