Ziba

I hate it, but I love Ziva.
Very nice. A little like Simba (especially after listening to the pronunciation - Ziba sounds there like SEE-bah), but still very pretty and oringinal. Ibbie or Zibbie would make a cute nickname.
When it coumes to combos - Idk, somethink like Ziba Evelina, Ziba Shulammite or Ziba Veronica/Veronique could work. :P

Sounds like a mispronounciation of zebra so that is what turns me away from it.
Did you ever read a book called "How I Paid for College?" There was a character in it, an Iranian girl, named Ziba. She was incredibly arrogant and worldly, but proved a big help to the main character. I want to like it but aside from that book, I think of Zima the gross drink or zebras.
Haha, no I haven't read it. :)
It does have a nice sound, and I love Z names, but I wouldn't use it myself because I don't like the history of the name.
Biblically, he wasn't a nice guy. Ziba was the steward/servant of Mephibosheth (the crippled son of David's deceased best friend Jonathan who was the son of King Saul). Ziba lied to King David that Mephibosheth had betrayed him to try to get Mephibosheth's lands.

Love the meaning, and the sound is very interesting.
I wouldn't use it myself but it is definitly useable

I think it's cool. Something original and unique, but obvisously not made up. Actually, I love it!
