I personally think that Irissa (eye-RISS-a) is a beautiful name. I've seen it with the spelling Irisa but to me, that looks like it would be easier for people to mispronounce. Some people might say eye-REES-a instead of eye-RISS-a (or maybe not). WDYT of this name? Do you prefer Irissa or Irisa? I think it's a nice alternative to Iris, which is also a nice name. Irisa / Irissa sounds prettier to me though.
