Peter
I really want to use this as a middle name (honouring someone), but my problem is that it sounds really unfinised as a middle name. So I thought how about two middle names, and came up with Peter Daniel. And originally had Ash as the fn, but it has now gotten SO old, and I realised Ash doesn't really fit. So really, I need a new combo for Peter Daniel... of course, it could be that Daniel is the wrong second middle name and I need to completely shake it up.Beau

Oh, goody. Peter is my #1 favorite name for a boy. How about Peter Damien instead of Peter Daniel? (Disclosure: Peter Damien is my brother's name.) I love Peter Daniel. It's very nice and will stand the test of time well. I just thought I'd throw out Peter Damien to see if you liked it. Your list is full of wonderful possibilities. How about:Kai Peter Daniel
Nicolas Peter Daniel
Sterling Peter Daniel
Gerard Peter DanielAnother idea is Piers / Pearce / Pierce, all pronounced the same way. It's a form of Peter. Or Petra on a girl?

I think Peter is fine if you pair it with the right name, I don't think you need to have two middle names. I kinda like Atticus Peter. (I know it's not on your list, sorry).
From your list I like
Benjamin Peter Daniel or Peter Benjamin Daniel
Nicholas Peter Daniel and there's always Peters Parker, Piper, Pan, and Pumpkineater
