Aracelis - very awkward. Arcelia is very nice, but Aracelis feels and looks and sounds just awkward.
Blanca - Bl- names sound very bad to me, and this literally does just mean "white" in Spanish, which makes it very odd to me. I adore Bianca.
Elodia - dislike the sound. I'm not a fan of the syllable "el" in general. It is also not quite substantial enough for my tastes. I don't like Elodie or Melody either, but would prefer Elodie to Elodia I think.
Mireia - really dislike, along with Mirielle and Mireille. These names are sooo sweet. I am drowning in molasses over here.
Have you seen Jennica? Eeee. I like Jessica quite a lot actually
I love Spyridon, I think it would be a great MN.
Mateo is way too sweet for me, I hate how it looks and sounds. The only Matthew cognate I can tolerate is Matthias.
I love Marco, it is so perfect - sharp and neat and clever.
Gaspar is hard for me to like because I recently fell in love with Gaspard. I can't stand Jasper though, for some reason - I guess I associate it too much with the jemstone. Gaspar is good though but I think Gaspard is better.
