I think Fergus is excruciatingly ugly-sounding. I don't see the appeal in it at all.
India is a huge GP of mine and I love the sound. But as an acutal name? Yick. Aside from the obvious place name issue, which makes it vaguely trashy, it reeks of colonization and other ugly things.
