There are many names I find usable (without being too quaint) but only one I would actually use, which is Lucius.
Edit: Actually, I would also use Aurora, Victoria (which is late Roman, so it might count...), Stella, Pia, Petra and Lazarus (not quite Roman, but it's a latin transcription). And Helena, if you consider it as a Greek name. In a broader sense, if you consider names that derive from latin nomina, there are more (e.g. Marcel, from Marcellus, Lucian, from Lucianus or Urban, from Urbanus). When I first wrote this reply, I only considered names actually USED in Ancient Greece and Rome.
