I'm so glad you asked this! Haha here are my favorites. Some are guilty pleasures. A lot of these I would most likely use as middle names or with nicknames.
Boys:
Ariston-Usable. I like it as both a first and middle name.
Caius-Not positive I'd use it, but if I did, it would be a middle name.
Maximus "Max"-I wouldn't use this.
Pyrrhus-Probably wouldn't use this either.
Girls:
Antonia-I don't like it enough to use it.
Augustina-What a mouthful. I like it, but I probably wouldn't use it.
Aurelia-I love this! I would actually consider using this name.
Camilla "Millie"-I love Millie as a nickname, but I'm still trying to find the right given name for it. This is my favorite so far.
Cassia-Don't think I'd use it.
Constantina-Again, wouldn't use it.
Cornelia-I prefer Cordelia, but this is cute, too.
Demetria "Demi"-I would consider using this.
Eirene-Probably wouldn't use.
Kallisto "Kallie"-Unsure.
Livia "Liv"-I prefer Olivia, but I like this, also.
Lucia "Lucy"-I'd consider using it.
Melaina-Don't love it enough to make use of it.
Marina "Mina"-I love this!
Priscilla "Tilla"-I just met someone named Priscilla who goes by Tilla. Her nephew couldn't say Priscilla, so he called her "Auntie Tilla" (I asked her about it haha).
Romana "Romy"-I love this!
Sophia-Too common. Maybe as a middle name.
Theodora "Thea"-I love this!
Timo-This would make a cute nickname for...I'm not sure what...
Tullia-I love this! It's very cute. Still unsure if I'd use it.
Valentina-I love this! I'm pretty sure I'll use it as a middle name.
Valeria-Don't like it enough to use.
Victoria-I know way too many to actually use it.
Zoe-Short and sweet. I'd consider using it as a first name.

I love and would use:
Minerva
Julius
Augustus
Augusta
Octavius
Octavia
Claudius (and Claudia)
(Camilla, Cecilia, and lots of other girls' names that were used in ancient Rome and are still used today)
Ignatius
I think these ancient Roman names are some of the finest names in the world, really. I love Severus and Sirius and Remus also.

I love a lot of them, but I'm not sure I'll ever use them. I always thought that if I ever have twin boys, I'll have to seriously consider giving them the middle names Castor and Pollux. I love Calliope for a girl ("Callie"), Andromeda (think I spelt that right!), Briseis (one that I would actually consider using), Phaedra, Leonidas, Phoebe, Cassandra...I can't think of any others off the top of my head, but I'm sure there are others that I find/would find appealling :-)
I like:
Alexandra, Anastasia, Anna, Georgia, Katerina, Maria, Marina, Martha, Philippa, Selene, Zoe
Andreas, Elias, Leonidas, Matthias, Thomas
Would use.
Chrysanthe, Olympia, Sophia, Theodora
Chrysanthos, Dionysius
Probably wouldn't use.
Edited... Not including Greek mythology! Pooh! I'll put it this way: Aphrodite, Calliope, Persephone, and Penelope are all gorgeous! :-D

I'd probably use some of the really ancient / mythology names for middle names-- It'd be so cool to be able to say your middle name is Agathangelos or Psyche.

Agathangelos m
Ambrose m (not greek, but from greek roots)
Evangeline f (same as Ambrose)
Evangelos m
Felix m
Nemesis f
Pandora f
Phobos m
Pollux m
Pax f
Psyche f
Xanthe f

I love, love, love Aikaterine and Leonidas, but I can't see myself using them in the real world (oh, and I already have a dd named Katherine). I also love Andromeda and Stephanos. Re: Roman names, many of the female names are lovely and absolutely doable. The male names, in their original forms, don't do much for me.

It makes me feel better having 2 middle names knowing that there are others out there with even more than me!
(I wonder if thats because my mother spent her childhood in france living off-base.. )

Oh yeah, don't worry! Here three names ( we don't go by "middle name") is more common than having 1 or 2!
In France is it like in Italy, that you put commas in between the names and that means that you don't have to sign all the names and can use officially only the first? Technically I have three middle names but they appear only on my birth certificate and not in other documents such as passports or ID cards.
If you look back at the "Planetary Moon Names" post, there are many ancient greek names there that I like. Theodora is my first choice for a daughter as well, though I am not sure how ancient the name actually is. Greek names have always been my favorite.
Most of them, I would only use as a middle name. Some of them, I like them but I wouldn't use them. This is a long list, sorry. I like:

There are many names I find usable (without being too quaint) but only one I would actually use, which is Lucius.
Edit: Actually, I would also use Aurora, Victoria (which is late Roman, so it might count...), Stella, Pia, Petra and Lazarus (not quite Roman, but it's a latin transcription). And Helena, if you consider it as a Greek name. In a broader sense, if you consider names that derive from latin nomina, there are more (e.g. Marcel, from Marcellus, Lucian, from Lucianus or Urban, from Urbanus). When I first wrote this reply, I only considered names actually USED in Ancient Greece and Rome.
