Dorothy
After seeing Dorothy in a recent BA, I rejoiced at its useage, because it's been a favourite lately. A few combos:
Dorothy Catherine (my name, but thought it sounded pretty okay)
Dorothy Margaret
Dorothy Eve
Dorothy Iris
Dorothy Violet
Dorothy Cecilia
Dorothy Paloma (two three syllable names...I'm not sure I like it)
I also like the sound of Dorothy Renee, but I hate Renee; maybe something that rhymes with it?
Any comments or suggestions? As always, everything is welcome and appreciated!

I adore this name! In fact, I'm planning on changing my name to Dorothy.
Opinions:
Dorothy Catherine - The 'th's in Dorothy and Catherine sound lispy together. Dorothy Katarina and Dorothy Katrina sound cleaner.
Dorothy Margaret - Beautiful.
Dorothy Eve - The 'ee' sounds run together.
Dorothy Iris - Pretty.
Dorothy Violet - Very nice.
Dorothy Cecilia - Feels very long (though Dorothy Margaret didn't, I know!). How about Dorothy Celia or Dorothy Cécile?
Dorothy Paloma (two three syllable names...I'm not sure I like it) - The number of syllables being the same is fine because they're stressed in different places. I think it's a very nice combo.
For something that rhymes with Renée, perhaps:
Dorothy Zoé
Dorothy Salome
Dorothy Juliette
Dorothy Aglaé
Dorothy Josée
Dorothy Esmée

I love the combos you have listed. I'm not a big fan of Renee, but I am a fan of the related, Renata. I can't come up with any good names that rhyme with Renee though.
I like all your combos except Dorothy Eve - the 2 ee sounds next too each other bothers me.
Dorothy Paloma works I think because the names have different rhythm - DOR-o-thy pa-LO-ma. Two names with the same rhythm, ie Dorothy Abigail, doesn't sound great.
Dorothy Camille
Dorothy Janelle
Dorothy Lynnette
Dorothy Nadine
Dorothy Corinne
Dorothy Celeste
Dorothy Selene
Dorothy Cerise
Dorothy Lorraine
Dorothy Yvette
