Laura is a good one. When I was little I wanted to name a daughter Laura Emily or Laura Elizabeth after Laura Ingalls-Wilder. I don't know what ever happened to that idea. Nowadays I am not a huge fan of it, but I can see how it would grow on me.

I love the Little House books, and I love the name, I wouldn't hesitate to use it if it just weren't so dang popular. I swear half the girls at my school are named Laura (ok maybe not really, but a good many of them are!)
