Birth Announcement! + Interesting name I heard
Friends of the family just had a son. They named him Ethan Thomas. Ethan joins big brothers James Greyson "Jamie", and Austin ???.And, when we were at the bookstore, we heard a mother calling her daughter, Arwen. I thought it was pretty, and am glad to know that there's at least one other person out there who considers LOTR names useable (o:

I like Ethan and I love Jamie and Austin. Arwen has a very nice sound.

Oh yay!Arwen is lovely! I've always loved it, but feared that it might be a bit too much. But it seems to have worked in that case.

I'm really liking Arwen as a name at the moment, and it's the kind of name that one day may become popular.
My friend's cats are named Gandalf, Arwen and Frodo.

I really like Arwen, but I like Anwen even more.

I think Arwen was the name of a mermaid in my favorite book when I was little, the Search for Delicious. It's really pretty. Ethan is ok, I love James Greyson and Austin

I really like Ethan but I can do with out Thomas.
I like James Greyson too, especially with the nn Jamie. Hate Austin.Arwen, to me, belongs on a boy. Even at that I still don't like it.
I actually think of the character of Suite Life of Zack and Cody from the Disney channel. There is a geeky janitor guy named Arwen.
(I end up watching the show when I baby-sit sometimes)

My sisters love that show (o:Actually his name is pronounced differently, and spelled differently than Arwen is. The janitor is Arwin, pronounced AR-winn, while Arwen is more like AH-wen, or AHR-ro-wen.
