I pronounce it with two nasal "e", a bit like Hê-lê-nuh, and a silent "H", close to Elena in sound but not quite that.

I pronounce it HEL-en-a as that is my favourite pronunciation. But if I saw it written down anywhere, I would just ask the person how they pronounce it, not assume they pronounce it HEL-en-a.

My favourite pronunciation is heh-LAYN-uh. But I know of three pronunciations people use, so I'd always check before trying to pronounce it, if it were someone else's name.

I prefer hel-uh-nuh (like Helen with an "a" at the end) or huh-LEN-a, but I've heard it pronounced huh-LEE-na and huh-LAY-na as well. Any of the pronunciations are pretty.
