Pomeline, Vienne, Jessamine and Jeunesse (!) are never used in France. EsmeE is legit, although not used.

Some of these are very rare but have actually been used in France.Pomeline was used in France 24 times between 1900 and 2003. Vienne was used 3 times in that time and Esmée was also used 3 times.
