HelpRe: Phoebe or Chloe?

My g-g-gran was called Phoebe but (sorry gran!) I think it's awful. Chloe strikes me as better, but here in Britain it's become way overused. I rather fancy Cleo - or perhaps even Clio (the muse of history) - as alternatives.
