Madison is nice for a boy ,but it is so popular on a girl, and he would be teased. I knew a boy named Madison, and it seemed to fit him.

Oh no!I wouldn't pair Madison and Grant together as a first name and middle name. It would be one too many presidents in one name.

Even though Madison is a surname, has the "son" on the end, the majority of people will assume Madison is a girl. Unfortunate, but true. It doesn't mean he won't get away with it, I know both male and female Ashley's, but do realise that just because it was a boys name first, doesn't mean that some people will give you the ok. Sorry if that seemed overly harsh. I'd give him a non-unisex mn:Madison Robert
Madison Thomas
Madison George
Madison James
Madison Daniel
Madison Patrick
Madison Lewis
Madison Mattias
Madison Frederick
Madison Nicholas
Madison Kyle
Madison Samuel
Madison Henry

Madison on a boy is not that bad. I actually somewhat liked it before the influx of tryndee female Madison, Madisyn, Maddison, etc. If I would have used it though, it would have been a middle name. I also like Monroe, which surprisingly has not caught on with the female crowd as of yet. I would think it would have due to Marilyn Monroe, but whatever.Anyway, if you are set on using it in the first name position instead of the middle I would go with:Madison Atticus
Madison Clive
Madison Avery
Madison Eli
Madison Fletcher
Madison Henry
Madison Jude
Madison Leander
Madison William
Madison James
Madison Quinn (Although a bit too many surnames)
Madison Robert
Madison Samuel
