Emma?
What do you think of Emma? I already have three combos for girls...Elizabeth Valerie, Victoria Rose, and Lily Katherine but just in case I had more than three daughters. Do you have any middle name combos for Emma? Do you like Amelia more because my fourth daughter if I had a fourth could be Amelia? Do you think Emma fits in with Elizabeth, Victoria, and Lily?Popularity does not bother me but you are free to comment about that if you wish. If it does matter to you, just focus on the sound of it.

I'm focusing on the sound, but actually that's my main issue with Emma. It sounds so bland to me. The fact that there are so many nowadays doesn't help ... I just find Emma incredibly forgettable.

Go for Amelia, it fits your other names better. Personally, I'm allergic to over-popular names, even if they're nice, so, I can't get past that, as concerns Emma. Wouldn't it bother you that your daughter always has to go by nicknames or her surname to distinguish herself from others?

Emma's certainly of the right type for your sibset, traditional and historical. It was my great-grandma's name (Emma Ann)and despite that, to be honest, I can't stand it (or Emily) and fail to understand why so many people love it. To me, Emilia is prettier, and has the advantage of Emmie and Millie as pet forms if need be.

Honestly, I've never liked Emma for whatever reason. I like your combos and I like Amelia much more. I do think Emma fits with the rest of the names.

Sick as I am of meeting Emmas (I am in the Emma-Emily generation), it's actually a very nice, sweet-sounding name and I do understand the appeal that made it popular. I do think it has a similar feel to Elizabeth, Victoria and Lily, a somewhat quaint, pretty, quietly strong sort of sound. Some middle name ideas:
Emma Cordelia
Emma Demetria
Emma Eugenie
Emma Helene
Emma Henrietta / Emma Henriette
Emma Seraphine

Emma Winifred
