They're not someone I'd honor. When I think of honoring I think of patriarchs and matriarchs. The only way I would honor a sibling is if they passed away.

I wouldn't dream of using one of the names as a first name. Even if I was, it's doubtful that I'd use it. I've given up on Nathaniel, even though he will be a brother-in-law and only goes by Nat. :-(
I think if I used one of the names, it would be fine. But the boys are so close in age and always together that using them both would be too big of a connection.
