From the UK? Not the USA? There are a huge amount of surnames as first names which are pretty rare here.
The only ones I like are:
Rory - this is really growing on me lately.
India - love it! But I don't think it goes with Ann.
Morgan Tara - Would prefer Tara Morgan. I like Tara a lot. Morgan is ok.
I also love Davina which is one of the parent's names.
