I dislike the spelling Leigh,but I think Lee is masculine to me.
I really like it and I 've tried to use it in combos before but it is really difficult to find a mn that flows well. It would definately have to start with a vowel though. The easiest way to use it I think is as a nn to a fn you already love. I quite like Liadan nn Leigh/Lee/Li etc.
EDIT: Oh and I also love it for a boy (after reading other replies), though prefer the spelling Lee there

I don't like it personally but it's not bad (even though I prefer it for a boy). It's just a bit blah (and rather chavvy where I live, lots of little Demi-Leighs, Jamie-Leighs, Stevie-Leighs, Kerry-Leighs, even saw a Emma-Leigha).
