I only like the HEL-en-a pronunciation of Helena so both He-LEE-na and He-LAY-na are unappealing to me. My favorite from your list would be Iris, followed by Amelia.
I second Elena's advice. If you can't decide, take all names to the hospital and see what feels right when you're face to face. The perfect choice may just leap out at you.

My husband wants us to lock in the name by the time we have our ultrasound in February so we can start telling people. I don't see the big deal but he is insistent on this.

Tell your husaband that's just nuts.
I don't know of anyone who is able to do that - most couples either keep the name to themselves or discuss multiple names until the baby arrives.
