I thought Ay-on when I saw Aion but E-on when I saw Aeon which confused me. But I guess they are both Ay-on because of Aeon Flux, but I don't know if you want to connect the two. I personally don't like either.

I immediately thought it was pronounced Ay-on, which made me think of Aeon Flux. I don't like it.

I like Aion, because I like the way it is pronounced better.

If I saw Aion, I wouldn't guess ay-on or ee-on. I'd guess eye-on, like the word "ion".

I really like how Aion looks, but your pronunciations aren't doing it for me. And I'd think it a cool name for a boy. Aeon works better for either of your pronunciations, but I would immediately assume it was a girl named for Aeon Flux. And if that's not what you're going for, I might rethink the name a little.
