I only like the name Elizabeth, but I love that it has so many nickname options - and I love quite a few of those nicknames.
I think Elizabeth is fine for a baby. It's one of those names that works beautifully on a female of any age, imo.
My favorite nicknames for Elizabeth: Bess, Bessie, Bet, Bethan, Bets, Betsy, Betty, Eliza, Ella, Elle, Ellie/Elly, Elsa, Elsie, Elspeth, Libby, Lilibet, Lisbet, Lizzie/Lizzy.
