WDYTO Clarice?
I'm really starting to love Clarice (prn. the French way, kla-REES). WDYT? I like how it's a name that most people are familiar with, but rarely ever know anyone actually named it (I have never met a Clarice). It sounds so feminine and French!

One of my closest friends is named Clarisse, so I'm rather partial to it =) I believe she was named after Rudolph's girlfriend from the "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" Christmas movie (though I believe it's spelled Clarice there).

I only like Clarice pronounced "KLER-is."

I had a friend whose name was Anna Clarisse. Her name was so pretty to me partially because of how unexpected her middle name was. It probably won't become one of my own favorites, but I can see its appeal for sure. On a related note I like Clarity very much.I also like Cherise, Patrice, and Marise, for what it's worth with the EES sound.

I love Clarisse. It used to be one of my favourites. I think it's really classy. Clarice does nothing for me--and not because of SotL, as I think Clarice Starling is supercool. I just dislike how it looks.Array

"Hello, Clarice." :)It makes me think of Silence of the Lambs too much. I think that's why nobody is named Clarice.

I think it's very nice.

I don't like it. Clarice is a nice enough name, but it's always sounded so snobby to me.-Tara-

I want to like it, butI instantly think of "Good evening, Clarice" and fava beans. I really do want to like it, though. :(

Nope. It's been forever tainted by Silence of the Lambs for me. It just sounds country to me as well.
