Bailey is a surname and brings to mind "bail." (I'm a lawyer.) The bail-ee is the one who gets out of custody on bail. I'm sure there's a different historical reason for the surname, but "inmate" is what pops into my (admittedly strange) mind.
Kassidy is a misspelled surname. Butch
Cassidy is my mental image. I can't be sure from your question if
Kassidy Shay is supposed to be a boy or a girl. I don't like it for either gender.
