I like Nefertiti and Cleopatra, but I much prefer Kleopatra (because Latinized transliterations of Greek names bug me). Hatshepsut is ok, but it isn't all that pleasing to my ears.
I don't like Egypt as a name. As for Cairo, its Arabic roots are entirely masculine, so I don't like it for a girl at all. Pharaoh is a title and position of power, not a name to me like King or Queen.
