Definitely Eloise! It has more substance, elegance and spunk. The combo Eloise Victoria is lovely!!

I love both, but strongly prefer Eloise. It has more charm and "personality" and is just all around more beautiful.

Definetley Eloise. I know it's silly but I don't like Ella as a name because it means "she" in spanish. The same reason I don't like Elle. Plus I think Eloise is cute :)

Eloise has more substance to it than Ella. Ella has always felt incomplete and rather wispy to me. You can always trade off and have Eloise with the nn Ella. Eloise Victoria is a lovely combo in looks and flow (and feminine, as you mentioned you like the femininity).

I love Ella but I dont like Eloise that much. Never really have so I dont really know why its just one of those names that I never warmed up to. I think Ella is pretty!!

Eloise is seriously cute! I like Ella, but there are far too many of them! Eloise Victoria is a great combo IMO.

I love Eloise. Ella has always seemed a bit stiff to me, but Eloise has an adorable charm on a small child, but can be mature as a girl ages. Overall it is better than Ella in my opinion. Eloise Victoria is lovely.

Eloise will never be a favorite of mine but I like it considerably more than Ella. I think Ella is just so bland, and I tend to hear it as the letter L, not even a full name (like L-a, or L-y instead of Ellie).

I like Eloise, simply because it's more original than Ella, not that Ella is ugly; just too commen.
I really like Eloise Victoria. :0]

Eloise sounds better though I still really like Ella. Also as you said, Ella is sooooo commen.
