Gabriella Ruby is a great combo. Very unassuming, I wouldn't have thought to put these two names together.
As for Lilianna Ivory... Liliana is fine, but Lilianna is stretching what I find acceptable in a name. It looks perfectly legit and I want to give it a pass, but then the '-anna' ending bothers me. It's like a more legit form of '-lyn' or '-adyn'. All I can say is, something about Lilianna bugs me.
Ivory reminds me of soap and the Ivory Coast. It's a wee bit tacky for my tastes, but then I'm very conservative when it comes to names. If I had a choice between being named Gabriella Ruby and Lilianna Ivory, I'd go with Gabriella Ruby.
