I like Grace Elizabeth and Katelyn Emily.

I hate the spelling Katelyn, so out of those options I would chose Grace. The mn that flows the best with it is Elizabeth, but the problem is that Grace Elizabeth is a really overused combo. My fave option with these names would be Bethany Grace

I think Katelyn Elizabeth sounds great. I like Emily Grace and Emily Katelyn.

I love the combination Grace Elizabeth, and though I prefer the spelling Elisabeth, personally, Elizabeth is still very nice, and the combo is so classy and feminine.

Emily & Bethany are both dnmsaa. Katelyn is an okay first name, but I much prefer it spelled Caitlyn. If I were going to use Katelyn as the FN, I'd still use Elizabeth as the MN.
