I wouldn't have a problem with it if it wasn't for the Greek mythology association. In case you don't know already, Ambrosia was the food of gods in Greek mythology (which granted them immortality and eternal youth). I generally don't really like any name which I associate with something edible (I detest names like Honey, Cookie, Apple, and Candy...).
