My Sophie's mn is Ophelia (full name Sophia Ophelia Seraphina); I have the same sort of (illusory) proprietary feeling about it as I do about Scarlett and Gideon. I think it's quite lovely, of course. =D
Good mn's could be...
Ophelia Antoinette
Ophelia Claudette
Ophelia Dominique
Ophelia Josephine (really like this)
Ophelia Naomi
Ophelia Penelope
Ophelia Rosalie
Ophelia Violette
... and of course Ophelia Seraphina, or even Ophelia Sophia. :-)
I like the nn Fifi, personally. It works with my Sophie's name because the -phi- syllable appears so often; and it's repeated in Ophelia Josephine above, which is probably why I like it so much.
Good sister names, imo, would include Scarlett (can't help it!), Octavia (the O thing), Claudia, or perhaps something similarly Shakespearean, such as Juliet, Miranda, Rosalind, Helena, Bianca or Cordelia.

I'm afraid my boyfriend (whom we have talked about and I sincerely hope is my future DH) is always afraid a girl's name might be too frilly.
I love Ophelia Josephine and Ophelia Penelope.
We both adore Sophia, but I'm not sure I could use it, because of the repeated 'ph' and 'ia' sounds.
I love Cordelia and Rosalind.
If I can be nosy, ;), what is Scarlett's full name?

It's Lillian Scarlett Mahalia
Lillian for my great GM and GM (and me, per David); Scarlett because red is my favorite color and I wanted a little Scarlett from the age of, oh, twelve; and Mahalia for our ancestor Catherine Mahala (no I), who was a midwife during the late nineteenth century (I wanted to become a midwife, and Scarlett was my first baby born with a midwife). Catherine Mahala is the same ancestor for whom my mother Catherine Ann is named, so she and Scarlett have that link in common as well.
Unfortunately, Scarlett hates Mahalia with a purple passion and claims she'll drop it from her name first chance she gets. :-(

Sophie Ophelia Serafina...
Wow, that's a mouthful of syllables there. Do you ever call her Sophie-Ophie? And her initials spell SOS.

Yeah, when we picked her name before she was born David claimed he would call her Sophie-Ophie (Ophelia was more his idea than mine), but I think he only ever did it once or twice. Fifi is much easier! And Tofu, she gets called Tofu a lot. But mostly just Soph, or Belle, like her sister. Both the boys get called Bubba, and both the girls get called Belle. It just happened that way.
Lol..
We call my darlin' niece Sophie-Doffie. :-D
