The names are fine by themselves, but I dont like the same letter for all names. And when people read the story they might get the characters mixed up. Maybe you could give them nns that start with different letters like.Aurora "Rory "Rora"
Avaline "Lina" "Val" "Vallie"
Allegra "?"
Augusta "Gussie" "Gusta"

oh, I guess I should have said that they're only two years old. The point is that they get mixed up, I am trying to give them their own personalities but it's not really a big part of the story.ETA: and I colour coded them: Avaline has the pink hair ribbons, Allegra has the purple hair ribbons, Aurora has the yellow hair ribbons and Augusta has the blue hair ribbons :-)

Sort of confusing to me... all being A names. Maybe it has something to do with the plot though...I love Augusta and Allegra.

ya, I asked for A names. It has to do with their parents names.

Great choices! Avaline, Allegra, and Augusta are great. Aurora is kind of hard to say, but it shouldn't really matter if it's for a story. :)
