I can't stand Sandra, but I really like Sandrine. My favorite Sandrine combo is Octavia Sandrine.
Alessandra, Ruxandra, Melisande or Melisandra could have the nn Sandra / Sandrine.

Octavia Sandrine
Ooh, Octavia Sandrine is very pretty. Definitely unusual, definitely interesting. It reminds me of marine life for some reason; maybe the 'oct' (octopus?) and 'sand' are doing it. :-) But that's not a downside.
Melisande is pretty, and Ruxandra had nowhere near crossed my mind. I like it, though.
