I like Cassandra but hate Phoebe, I don't think they go together very well either.

I would probably just call Phoebe by her full name. If not, I might use Bee or something. Fee is stupid. :P

As for Cassandra, you could do Cassie, Andy, Andra, Sandra... I would either use Cassie or Andy.

I think Phoebe and Cassandra is great for two sisers or twins.
For Cassandra I would use the NN's Cass, Sandra, Cassa, Cassia or Cassie.
I don't think Phoebe needs a NN, but maybe Phee?
