Tea is pronounced 'teah', 'e' is like in Elena,
Hrvatimir is hard to explain, it has a soft 'r' that English speakers can't repeat, but the rest is like you 'said'.

Kate is not pronounced like in English, it's more like 'k-ah-t-e', 'e' is like in Elena.
